Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy explains how Resell Rights Port, operated by Outsource Movere, LLC, collects and uses your information on resellrightsport.com and member.resellrightsport.com.

1. What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, and anything you type into forms (for example the Done-For-You onboarding form).

Purchases: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.

Usage: pages visited, downloads, favourites, and technical data such as IP address, browser and device, collected with cookies and server logs.

Resellers: your PayPal email for payouts and referral data (clicks, sign-ups, sales).

2. How we use it

To create and run your account, give you access to the right products, process payments and refunds, and pay commissions.

To send service emails (receipts, password links, important changes) and, if you agreed, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

To keep the sites secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the library.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run Resell Rights Port, only for that purpose: ClickFunnels (sales pages, checkout, email), Stripe (payments), PayPal (payouts), our web host and Cloudflare (members site), Google Workspace (support email) and Backblaze (file storage).

Authorities, if the law requires it. We don’t sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, track referrals for resellers, and measure page views. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work.

5. How long we keep it

While your account is active, and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update your details in your account, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@resellrightsport.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have extra rights, and we’ll honour them.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, private file storage and limited access to protect your data. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

Resell Rights Port is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes and contact
