Terms of Service

These terms apply to resellrightsport.com, member.resellrightsport.com and every Resell Rights Port membership, license and service (“Resell Rights Port”, “we”, “us”), operated by Outsource Movere, LLC. By creating an account or buying, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login private. One person per account; sharing logins can lead to suspension.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

2. Memberships and billing

Lite is free. Silver, Gold, Reseller and other paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout) until you cancel.

You can cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices can change for new purchases; we’ll tell you before a change affects an existing subscription.

Add-ons such as “Year 2” guarantee access for the period stated on the order page.

3. Refunds

New paid memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@resellrightsport.com within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Refunds end paid access straight away. Renewal payments, setup fees for Done-For-You services that have started, and abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeated join-download-refund) are not covered.

4. Product licenses

Every product shows its license (for example personal use, resell rights, master resell rights or private label rights). That license decides what you may do with it.

Some products come from third parties. Where a license is unclear or marked for review, treat it as personal use only until we confirm otherwise.

You may not share the library itself, give away your login, or resell products in ways their license doesn’t allow.

5. Reseller and affiliate program

Resellers earn commission on Silver and Gold memberships they refer: 100% of net payments (after payment processing fees, not gross sales), less refunds and chargebacks.

Commissions are held for 30 days, then paid by PayPal once a month after you reach the payout threshold. Commissions stop when your reseller plan ends.

No spam, no income claims, no brand-name keyword bidding and no self-referrals. We may hold or cancel commissions earned by breaking these rules and remove you from the program.

6. Done-For-You services

Done-For-You sites include only products whose licenses allow rebranding. The monthly fee covers hosting and maintenance; the site goes offline when hosting ends.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, mass-download with tools, attack, or overload our sites, and don’t use our products for anything illegal.

8. No income guarantee

We don’t promise any income or results. What you earn depends on your own work, skills and market.

9. Liability

Products and services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we’re not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Outsource Movere, LLC is organised. Questions: support@resellrightsport.com.
